Join The Builder Coalition (TBC), for our Annual Awards Celebration. This is a flagship evening event honoring outstanding contributions to the real estate industry and urban development community. Each year, we gather colleagues, friends, and industry leaders to recognize individuals who have demonstrated a lasting commitment to innovation, affordable housing, equity, and inclusive community growth.

This year, we are proud to present two awards: the Gregory P. Bialecki Award for Leadership in Inclusive Development and the Kenneth Guscott Award for Leadership in Community Wealth Building, honoring the civil rights leader and pioneering Boston developer.
