The Builder Coalition Hosts its Alumni Dinner

On April 16th, The Builder Coalition (TBC) hosted its Alumni Dinner, bringing together graduates from across all of our fellowship cohorts alongside the program sponsors who make TBC's work possible. The evening celebrated the milestones our alumni have reached since completing their fellowships and reinforced the sense of community that continues to connect them long after their cohort ends.
TBC's fellowship programs prepare emerging real estate investors and developers - many from communities historically underrepresented in the industry - to build careers and businesses in real estate development. The Alumni Dinner is one of several ways TBC keeps that network active, giving graduates a chance to reconnect, share progress, and build new relationships across cohorts.
Conversations throughout the evening reflected the spirit of TBC's fellowships: a focus on learning, relationship-building, and a shared commitment to impactful work. Alumni shared stories of growth and success in an industry that remains notoriously difficult to break into, underscoring how much of TBC's competitive strength comes from the bonds within this coalition.
Real estate investment is incredibly challenging — and much of our competitive strength as a coalition comes from the bonds we've built with one another.
