TBC’s Chelsea Development Tour Brings City Leaders and Developers Together

On October 1st, The Builder Coalition (TBC) brought its network to Chelsea for a development tour focused on the city’s housing priorities, plans for growth, and vision for the future.

Attendees explored newly built housing, visited available land, and saw areas with potential for future development. The tour offered a firsthand look at what’s happening across Chelsea today and where new opportunities may emerge.

A special thank you to City Manager Fidel Maltez, former City Manager Jay Ash, Ben Cares, Director of Housing & Community Development, and Will Cecio, Director of Permitting and Land Use Planning, for sharing their time, expertise, and perspectives throughout the day. We’re also grateful to the City of Chelsea for welcoming us and helping make the tour a success.

The tour created opportunities for attendees to learn directly from city leaders, build connections, and gain a better understanding of Chelsea’s development landscape. Check out the highlight video!
