The Boston Minority Real Estate Directory is an expansive listing of 500+ real estate professionals of color across the region.
Real estate professionals of color can opt to pay a $50 annual fee to become a subscriber -- including the ability to tailor and update your own profile, and to gain access to the rest of the directory. Access to the directory is also available by becoming a sponsor of the Builders of Color Coalition.

Meet the Banks
Meet the Banks is a first of its kind, virtual resource to connect professionals of color in Greater Boston’s commercial real estate and development industry to lending sources for their projects and deals.
BCC has partnered closely with government agencies, lenders, and financial institutions seeking to diversify their client portfolios, as well as create meaningful connections and foster relationships. Each participating institution has provided comprehensive details including loan types offered, their ideal lending profile, and additional financing products for developers of color. Meet the Banks also includes a direct point of contact to each institution, to help foster connections and relationships.
