Join The Builder Coalition (TBC), for the Real Estate Innovation Series: Municipal Development Access Forum, a convening of agencies and ecosystem partners working to expand access to land and real estate development opportunities for emerging developers.
This virtual forum will feature three organizations from across the country— including municipal leaders and quasi-governmental agencies — who are actively advancing strategies to increase land access and development pathways. Speakers will share their approaches, lessons learned, and models that support local and emerging entrepreneurs in securing viable projects and successfully moving developments forward.
The conversation will create space for exchange, best-practice sharing, and connection across the land access ecosystem. The event will also introduce TBC’s Innovation Library, a knowledge-sharing platform highlighting organizations and strategies that are advancing equitable development and ownership opportunities.
