The Builder Coalition's (TBC) Ground Up Seminar offers the fundamental elements of our renowned Core Fellowship curriculum in a condensed and accessible manner, designed for those who are new to or considering entry into real estate investment and development.

The seminar will address capital sources, budgeting, zoning and permitting, and building a project team. Participants leave with core concepts, tools, terms and confidence to take a first step in the field, and a clear path to continue learning and growing.

The seminar will take place at the JP Morgan Chase Community Center, providing a welcoming and accessible setting for participants to connect and learn. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
